This is awesome! A Saturday morning without nausea, anxiety or a headache. A very nice perk to my 6th day of sobriety. We even went out to eat last night and I had a water. I was a bit anxious at first, but I really loosened up when I let go of the alcohol and tried to just be present with my family.

Don't lose the momentum as you go the next few weeks. Remain focused, the cravings may throw you a curve ball. Don't let them and keep moving forward
