For you cyclists and athletes...kudos to you! I have lost myself in the bottle. Lost all fitness...gained weight. A lot of it. Once I get this out of my system, I will get back into walking and eventually run again. I have a carbon frame bike...terrified I'd crack that sucker if I put him on the trainer.

I won't bore you with the details of my professional life. My current passion is tennis. I play for a couple hours 3 times a week indoors and when the weather gets warmer I'll play outdoors 6 days a week. My goal is to be the top player in my age group in my area.

To accomplish this I'm going to live to be 112 and out last everyone else.
