Oh, you are so right and are moving forward with your stuff...........This Clean House stuff goes on forever and that is the way of recovery...........................We got into this program for a reason and now we have it for life...........Keep up the good work and when things get rough it is time to sit down and think about what you need to do better..................................One moment at a time.............Working on the steps takes a few minutes a day and a little patience on your side..........................Don't be hard on yourself today as tomarrow is another day........Deal with the now.........Get up off that couch and get some fresh air............This will do you some good and besides staying bottled up inside does no good for your program......................................Get the needed HUGS for each day and go to meetings..............Your real friends are in Recovery Meetings waiting for you.............................Those that used to be your friends are no longer the type of friends that you need around.................Make a new life for yourself in the program and sit back and relax with it........You have lots of work to do here and you need to first start with your own Inventory...................................Be kind to yourself through this process and take it one day at a time.............Keep up the good work and know that you have lots of love in this program............................Love ya .............Little Penguin
