LOL, ECT, which I am pretty sure is outlawed now, is basically brain damage and frying your brain. CES is just very mild electrical stimulation to your neck area for relaxation effects. The two are very different
But I can see how the mix up would be made, when I first started researching into this, this is what I though of too.
