I agree with Carol... you need to get to a doctor and get checked out. An enlarged abdomen can certainly be worrisom for liver disease. I hope you follow this advise and get medical attention. He will be able to answer your questions and provide the best treatment regimen.
Sorry for your loss. I was widowed just over 4 years ago. It is very devastating so I understand the need you felt for continued drinking.
