today is just lovely. the temp. is 78 and the sun is shining bright. I'm going to enjoy every minute of it.

I think that is so true for most of us. I've challenged myself to try and find just one great thing that happened that day every night before i go to bed. Trying to stay focused on the positive instead of the negatives will hopefully keep my moods at bay.
