I keep having to post my gratitude 'cause I'm so upset.
I am grateful for being ABLE to get up early these days. I used to have a terrible time getting out of bed. Now, I get up shortly after five and go work out most mornings. I feel that's quite an accomplishment.
And I am grateful for being able to work with a personal trainer once a week, namely today. It helps me get to the gym even when I don't want to go and gives me accountability to someone other than myself. I'm glad I can afford it right now.
