Today I am grateful for Metabolic Effect exercise classes at the gym. They are kicking my butt...in a good way. LOL. The only bad thing is that I sweated so much that my haircolor ran and made a pink ring on the neck of my T-shirt.
And I am grateful that my husband washes the dishes. I hate washing them. So I do the shopping and most of any cooking that gets done and he cleans up. Hurrah!
