My dad told me once - It's better to be alone than to be treated badly. I strongly believe this. I know your feelings about the breakup are still raw and tender, but keep telling yourself that you're worth so much more than that cruel, dismissive treatment.
Keep going, and stay sober, and know that the pain will eventually recede a little and you won't always feel like this.
