Awesome stuff! Back when I drank the idea of going without for a month would have seemed ludicrous. But now with ten years sobriety under my belt it's something I almost never think about. If you are a drinker, going a month sober is a great idea! It might be easy and you find no desire to start again. Or it might be agony but you'll learn something about yourself.
