Nearly at the end of my working week here but still plenty to get done. I'm noticing gradual improvements in my focus and thinking, even coming up to 4 years sober in a couple of months' time. The mind (and body) seemingly take a long time to heal, but as they say, it keeps getting better!
Kaily, that looks like a magnificent painting by numbers project - enjoy! And yes, I think you and Alfie will have a great time at doggy agility classes. You'll have to us know how it goes.
