Next time you go to the store look for some calming herbal teas. In the U.S. there are lots of them, I'm sure you have more. I had to find ways to replace my drink with other drinks that didn't remind me of a drink. Ya know?

I bet you could take a walk, maybe with your kid to the park or some place they want to go? I eased back into longer exercise.
