Peke- I joined a class this time around- and it made all the difference. All the sudden you have a group of people who are essentially experiencing the same as you, you get to know them more intimately, and Dee and Venus are around and provide support, as well. I dare say my class may have been the thing that kept me focused and on the hard days, cheered me on the hardest. It's like having instant friends. No, sorry, my class would be on me about that! It is IS having instant friends. Do it!
