Things will get better if you stay away from the drink. after a week you should start to feel better and sleep better. Give it time, don't give up! It's so worth it. Everything gets better - your skin, your bloat, your sleep. Your thinking and focus will come back. Take a before picture and see the changes in your face. Eat right, stay away from junk food.
