A lot of people here are concerned about you, Lila, including me. You should not feel abandoned, at least by us. Perhaps your family of origin or partners? I have been told by therapists that I have abandonment issues. It definitely keeps me stuck sometimes. But we can't address them unless we remove the substances first, then we can work on them.
The important thing is you're trying.
