Free! 160 days is very close - it's a wonderful thing you are doing - there is a new life and it feels more real to me every day now.
I just ate a choc ice, it was delicious! During today I have had 4 cups of strong coffee and later I will be having 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and banana, BUT I have drunk no alcohol for 265 days.
Advbike, I am sorry you didn't get good sleep, don't let being tired distract you from your journey. I was going to say from your 'amazing journey', but I know sometimes this journey to sobriety just doesn't feel amazing, and can in fact feel the opposite, but whatever it feels - this journey is probably the most important one of our lives? Isn't it?
