I’m going ******* insane. So for three days all I do is sleep. Now for two days I average 2.5 hrs sleep per night. Stand by for the next three days when I sleep in 10 minute increments. Cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo. Seriously I wonder if I should be posting on an alcohol rehab forum (225 days) are a mental health forum.

Theres many forums here, I’m in more than one, and there’s aren’t rules. There’s a narcotics one, a meth one, LGBTQ, Friends and Family, 12 step, secular, etc.

I think Free's idea is a good one and I wonder if you can walk at all, get some exercise.

I walked the dogs yesterday but my motor skills have been off amd I don’t feel safe driving. Even one of my main sources of support is even growing tired of me. I’ve had so much drama. Probably you all are feeling it too. Dunno where else to turn. I was on the call with a mental health crisis line yesterday but didn’t want to do a 7-10 day inpatient. So please just bear with me or ignore me.

It sounds tough at the moment BABM - the pain and struggle your face is not boring, it is the pain and struggle we have all faced in different ways as we have grappled with addiction and it's fall out. You have shown such strength! We are all on this forum because we have, or are, facing our demons. Others can not understand how it is.
I pray for strength and comfort for you and all who feel lost and afraid.
( A prayer also for my mother, lost tonight in the midst of a mind crumbling away, may she be spared suffering)
A new week begins, may it be brighter than the last.

Evening all, hope you enjoyed your hike advbike?
Today I walked into the city and began the job of attending to my mothers finances. Finance is not one of my strengths, strong coffee afterward in a nice little bookshop cafe helped ease it all along.
It's quiet, I hope people are ok? Pline? BABM?
