Thanks Scott, I was thinking it may be apnea as well. Did you do a sleep study to get the diagnosis? I should schedule one. I am about 28 lbs overweight for my height most definitely from drinking and diet. Also, was the mouth guard prescribed, or can you buy over the counter?
I did have a home sleep study and it was diagnosed as mild sleep apnea. The mouth piece was dentist built so I did have a prescription. It was very expensive and insurance didn’t cover it for me. You can just buy them but I wanted it fit correctly.
