Some say John Lennon said this, some say not...but regardless of who said it, I believe it.
I look back at my worst days of active addiction, of pain and loss, or fear, when I thought that things would never change...and I realise looking back that they did change and give way to something better.
Things very rarely turned out the way I thought they might, but they always turned out in the end.
Have faith and stay strong guys...keep moving forward, keep doing the next right thing...we'll all get there in the end
