Perhaps there's a craft or hobby you like to keep yourself occupied? Weekends were a struggle for me too, so it helped to keep my hands and mind busy with some type of distraction.

I do have hobbies and interests from when I was younger. I usually have a model ship on the go.
Work on these things between binges. Right now, hands wouldn't be steady enough to do it.
Which I hate.
Work from home, live by myself, so there is always work to do, right now to catch up on, make up
for what wasn't done this week. So I just sit in office and slowly piece together drawings on the
computer.
When in sober living mode, can be quite productive.
But it all keeps falling apart after a couple of weeks. Which I've got to overcome.
