im in for sober nov x day 70 for me i think , so still hanging in there. I am also stopping smoking today, so got the patch all ready and also i have to go to chemist to sort out the no smoking plan thing they have, so that be when its open.
nothing much else to add except im still ill from this virus thing, but fingers crossed i maybe feeling a little better this morning.

good luck quitting smoking. I managed two months with the vape but I missed the cigs. Now I mostly vape and treat myself with a cig. Would be nice to be off both.
The patch does work well though. I had to be on it in hospital when they weren't letting us out to smoke because of covid. It helped a lot.
