I have never been much of a gym person because I prefer the outdoors, but I do enjoy yoga and still do a few poses on my own. I also I ride my road bike 3 times a week (6 hours). We have over a hundred miles of paved bike paths and I use them, lol. Since that is not a weight-bearing activity, on off days I do pushups, sit-ups, light weights (dumbells) and sometimes hiking. I get really bored just walking around the neighborhood but we do have awesome hiking trails in the foothills where I live.
