It’s awful and I have learned that drinking makes it worse so keep doing what you are doing and look after yourself, you will feel better ❤️ I am having a nice relaxing Sunday, sober Sundays are so good! Tomorrow marks 4 weeks sober for me. Nervous about visiting my sister at her holiday home next week but plenty of time to plan for that. Keep posting guys the thread is getting quiet and I am keen to hear how everyone is doing xx
