Good morning.

It's day 20. Was doing so well with my diet yesterday but had some 3am cookies. Oh well, starting fresh today. Had two boiled eggs and a glass of milk for breakfast. Going to go for some short walks today and do some strength training and yoga. Meant to start my daily yoga practice yesterday but couldn't find the motivation or discipline to do it. Going to get it out of the way this morning and not put it off.
