Exhausted after yesterday's appointment. Was initially a 45 minute thing, but I was there for an hour and a half. The therapist was warm and understanding, and she was focused on getting to know me before doing anything, really. My story made an impact on her and she said several times that my story was powerful and difficult to listen to, which was good to hear. So, I'm going back next week.
