I have an appointment for a scale and polish tomorrow. After the appointment I'm going to really commit to looking after my teeth. One of the things I'm going to do is giving up smoking and vaping. So I'm enjoying my last day of vaping right now. 10am tomorrow, I'll be going cold turkey off nicotine. Wish me luck.
