Good morning all. Day 36 here. Kinda blah the last couple days. Have some gout going on in my knee, so probably won't be able to walk today. That, along with easing my eating discipline on the 4th and I guess it's not surprising. Plus, don't know about the rest of you, I go through waves of blah because of being holed up at home for so long. Oh well. I'll live.
