Congratulations on your 8 months though. Me approaching 6 months. I lost my beautiful brother recently and did not drink over it. Thank goodness, because like you knew that it would make things worse. Much worse.
Coming here and "getting it out" a much better move. We get to process the grief, not suppress it. Well done.
