Why does he say he loves me when he treats me so terribly? It took me a very long time to learn that you can't use logic to figure out an illogical person, and the only way I could ever gain any objectivity was through distance. I hope you can turn your inquiry inward. As many have already pointed out, it is a much better use of your time to figure out why you keep going back for more.
