I'm so glad you came back, Red. I was concerned about you. I'm sorry to hear you drank again and have been so sick. I hope this is the beginning of your new sober life. Let us know how you're doing. I'll be thinking of you. I suggest writing a letter to yourself about how you feel now and why you want to stay sober. It could be a great thing to have down the road when you start feeling better.
