Re: Class of April 2020 Part Two
Morning class,

Off into Day 9 down here at the bottom of the world.

Sobriety doesn't preclude all vices, right? So the day usually starts with freshly ground strong coffee sweetened with condensed milk. Yeah, I know.....a bad habit. But maybe its that sugar craving thing that comes from the constant alcohol. Dark chocolate is the evening equivalent. Do that hardcore too....moved on from standard confectionary to cooking chocolate. Lindt dark cooking chocolate is great. The bars are bigger......better value....a better hit, (the addictive mind).

Anyway....noticing some physical improvements. Beer is full of histamines apparently. Which results in the constant runny nose......not a good look at this time. It seems to have cleared up enormously. Which may reduce the odds of a figure in a plastic shroud, mask and face shield insisting on sticking a cotton bud up my nose to the eyeball.

The sleeping is an absolute gift. Proper dreams replace the sweat soaked pre dawn dozing. Getting work done, I have worked from home for several years now, which makes drinking too easy. But getting some long standing / semi abandoned projects restarted.

I tend to pink cloud a bit. Swing into manic, go a while, its all so great, so let's have a few beers. And down it all goes. This time.....going to try and take a steadier path.

All the best to you all. Glad to be here
