Happy St. Patrick's (and St. Gertrude's) Day, Dee and all! My mom was extremely proud of her Irish ancestry, and of all the hardships they endured. She loved this holiday, and died just one day before it in 1998. My family came here in 1879 from Country Kerry on my mom's side, and way back in 1691 from Netherlands on my dad's.
