In my experience the harder I try to control some events the less control I have.
My boss fired me from a job and didn't even tell me. I requested the job be done a certain way and he didn't agree.
The project flopped and he looked like a fool.
But, I don't blame him, because I made my own bed. If i was more clever, i could manage a guy like that.
I always say, if I think I am so smart, how come I frustrate folks. The smartest folks fly under the radar.
