No, I have high tolerance. Even when I was in rehab in 2018 I felt I didn't need the librium after 2 or 3 days. In 2013 I just stopped cold turkey. Other peoples mileage may differ. I wouldn't recommend to anyone drinking the amount that I do and have done either in my life in totality or, recently, on a day to day basis.
