I could be wrong (so what else is new) but it sounds to me like you live alone. Whether or not I am right about that, do you have a support system IRL?* Or a plan for taking steps to put one in place? You've been down this road before, what worked for your early days of sobriety then?

* In real life (I just learned that one here on SR last week).

As for food: Glad to hear you're eating it. Do you have some stocked up, or how are you managing that part?

And the Netflix. That's my go-to TV. No cable here, and I don't miss it. There's so much good stuff on the old flixter. When you're feeling up to it, I'd be curious what some of your faves are. But no rush. There's time.

There's time for this also, but do you care to share what it is that you think caused you to slip last time? Totally up to you, of course, and not until you're ready.
