Congrats on seven months! I got in a bit of a slump with my weight last year. I joined Weight Watchers in June which helped me reset and get back to healthy eating habits. I also walk just about every day, this year my goal is to add some strength training into my routine, not quite there yet.
Maybe try adding a little exercise, and shopping for healthy foods you enjoy. The important thing is you’re sober, you can work on the weight a little at a time.
