What have you done aside from the Librium, to address that? You know drinking will not help. I hope you change your mind about stopping for wine on the way home. BP was fine once I got here 129/75. I just had a therapy session this morning and was in a great mood all morning and then it flipped just like that. My therapist gave me a bunch of info on psychiatrists because my gp wants me to see one but I am terrified of being put on an SSRI. Still going to try to make an appt and at least see what they have to say. Somethings got to give.
