I wished I had been strong yrs ago like you are
now seeking help for your addiction. Gratefully,
my family stepped in when I wasn't capable of
asking for help, and placed me into the hands of
those knowledgeable to teach me about addiction
and hand me the gift of a recovery program to
incorporate in my everyday life.

That was 29 yrs ago when I entered rehab and
began my sober life and have been on that journey
ever since living, learning, remaining teachable
so that I can continue strengthening my recovery
foundation to live upon enjoying many of lifes rewarding
gifts.

Asking and receiving help for addiction is nothing
to be ashamed of and I see much strength and willingness
in you doing whatever is necessary to get and to learn
how to remain sober for yrs to come.

Listen, learn, absorb and apply as much knowledge
about addiction and its affects on your own mind and
body as well as an effective program of recovery to
incorporate in your everyday life to achieve health,
happiness and honesty moving forward.
