Welcome to the Weekenders

Firstly I’d like to apologise. If I seem like I repeat myself week on week out that’s probably because I do. But sobriety, like recipes to bake or cook do tend to use their own special formulae.

I’ve noticed the recipe for sobriety has certain ingredients that work.

Once you have mastered the ingredients to your liking you can have the perfect recipe for you.

Mine may not suit you and finding the ingredients most favoured to you will help you on your sober journey.

If this is your first weekend sober, or many, come join us for support and chat...as we know the weekends can be a struggle sometimes. (We’re here all week too!)
