Thank you everyone. I’ve had to delete a lot of people from my life to get better. Only have a couple of friends left and my family, but they are all I need. Lucinda2 you are doing well on day 70 🤗 I’m trying to keep busy, I’ve started walking and reading. Also just going to my mums for tea. I guess it all helps
