Little victory 😃
These last few days I've really struggled,with wanting to find oblivion, I've really put the work in mentally to fight that little voice that pops up saying " a couple won't hurt " I threw myself into work and had a plan to keep occupied. IT WORKED 😃
I can say out loud I DID IT . Feeling l pretty proud of myself right now. I'm not gonna lie it's been tough but I got through it.
Onwards and upwards, that was a particularly difficult few days. I know ill have them again, but knowing I found the strength to get through it has made me find my fire again 😃
