thanks for sharing x that must of been hard for getting a diagnoses of NPD x great that ur sober though and yeah music is a great help sometimes as its the only way i can show how i am feeling. x i was diagnosed when i was 20 and was in hospital with BPD, i am now 48 and it can still be hard to deal with, but i do have plenty of help behind me x please do continue with ur treatment as i have been told we cant be cured but we can gain some management on it with help i am away to try mentalisation group at beginning of the year again, but with a different set of people who are nurses in substant abuse and not psycho therapy which i have had been involved in many times to try help me. On grounding yourself is good aswell hun x
