just wanted to start a page for people who has personality disorders and have addictions. so having bad time and wondering how to get out of cycle? got mental health nurse next week and then substanse abuse nurses is doing mentalisation group which starts next year. so just throwing it out there. not in best place but working on music therapy lol x
