Heart palpitations after binge.
Hi, after years of drinking about a 6 pack a night, I quit for 4 days, then binged. I have already have a tendency towards palpitations but this time it's off the charts. Went to doctor, said tests were normal, but they are jolting me awake every time I try to drift off. I have not drank for a week now and symptoms are worse. Going back to doctor today. Anyone else experience this? Knowing that others have been through this helps.
