Welcome to SR. Glad to have you here. My best advice would be to take care of yourself: lots of good food, stay hydrated, rest, relax, and be gentle to yourself. An acronym you’ll hear around here is HALT(S)- hungry, angry, lonely, tired, stressed. Sometimes HALTS can trigger cravings. A recovery plan is always a good idea as well.
