I'm not just saying this to blurt out some AA lingo...but HONESTY is KEY.
Getting that all out is empowering....gives you the ability to look at your problem....and you have a plan to deal with your problem now....
What I loved most about the first time I was sober for a long period of time...
Was the FREEDOM sobriety brings me...I don't have ANYTHING to HIDE anymore...I don't have to be ashamed....I don't have to be frightened and I can take the problem head on....
When you do all those things...you are ready...you sound ready...so keep going
