Ringing in ears, terrible sleep
Has anyone here experienced a ringing in the ears after quitting drinking? It's more faint during the day (probably as I'm distracted), but especially after I have woken up in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning it is really noticeable and not very pleasant - it's hard to get back to sleep with it. Also, I'm sleeping terribly but that is pretty standard I know, especially on day 19
