I'm spending this rainy Saturday afternoon clearing out all the cupboards I chuck things into so the house can look tidyish on the surface and I just found a load of my notes and handouts from my mindfulness courses. Because I have the attention span of a flea, naturally I stopped clearing out the cupboard and started reading through the notes and I just found this poem by Dorothy Hunt. It made me stop and take a breath and feel happy. Maybe it will do the same for someone else. It's called Peace Is This Moment Without Judgment
