Reminded my life seems like a movie; just when I’ve entered a freeway & it looks like smooth sailing, I hit a crater not a pothole!! Someone got into my locker, stole my meds & swapped em with pills to fight vaginal infection. The audacity some people have is even beyond description
24 of mettle pls

I don't understand why someone would do that 1new?
Hope you can get your meds replaced.

Hi Suze & Family,
A quick look on the internet brought up a January 17-19 2020, AA Puerto Vallarta Weekend, at the Westin Marina PV.

My sweet Ken & I honeymooned in PV back in 1988. Since then we've taken Summer Vacations here (along with cruises).

Just so happened while we were still drinking the AAers took over our Resort! WTH?? "THOSE" people had the music cranking, laughing loudly, Beach & pool games too. We learned from our Pool Waiter those folks were SOBER! LOL ...Ken & I truly couldn't believe it!!

We stayed at the Westin in 2005. If anyone is thinking if going, it's a beautiful Resort & Pool(s).

August is our Annual Vacation. Guess where we're going?? Yep .... PV! We're staying outside of the City, which we now prefer. Too bad PV AA isn't hosting their Weekend when we're there ...

Bobbie, I was of the same thoughts when I drank, that sober people can have fun! How wrong I was.

Now this makes me angry. Why would someone do this? I'm not condoning theft but when someone steals something, at least you know you're dealing with a thief. But swopping medication?? What's that about? Is that just being nasty? And it takes a bit of planning too. Really nasty. Are there CCTV cameras anywhere nearby 1newcreation? How about reporting it to the police? They stole your possessions. They need to be caught. I respect your faith and your tolerance and your peace of mind. Me? I'd be setting up traps. And lying in wait. Instead I'll send them some compassion.... They clearly need it. Have these people never heard of karma? Outrageous. Sorry it happened 1newcreation. Wish I could do more to help. Thank goodness you have your faith xxx

Having a wonderful weekend with a house filled with kids and dogs. The younger kids and dogs are no trouble at all. They're excitable bundles of mischief and energy but easy to manage. The two teenage girls however........Luckily I'm reading a book about the changes that happen to the teenage brain so I'm able to understand empathy gets switched off for a while. Nothing personal. They can't help it. And the great thing about teenagers is that they sleep loads so hopefully me and the younger kids and the dogs have another 4 hours or so before the skulking teenagers appear in a cloud of angst. They're wonderful girls..... They're just trying to navigate themselves through the sometimes treachourous terrain that is teenage years. We were all there once. Love to everyone and 24 more for me please xxxx

Please, please let me make this 24 hours
I'm so fragile today.
My husband isn't speaking to me again and it's Sunday which means he's home all day 🙁
I will be 6 weeks sober tomorrow if I make it. It's only 10.15am, I've been up a couple of hours and I can't stand the atmosphere already.
I've got nowhere to go for the day and the shop is open for wine now and that's all I'm thinking about to get through 😥😥
