Thank you for your last post as I did find it helpful to read. I am in therapy and had therapy which is helping me as there is alcoholism in my family as well as being a recovering alcoholic myself. When I was in AA my sponser told me if i didn't help another alcoholic in my family I was uncaring . I found this upsetting and felt angry with my sponser although I didn't have the honesty to tell her or end the sponser ship. Reading your post has helped me to understand the AA teachings more. X
